Google announced at its recent conference Google I / O 2018 on the Smart Compose feature in its email service, Gmail, a year after the announcement of the Smart Reply.

Smart Build relies on artificial intelligence techniques, especially automated learning technology, which allows your email to help you write e-mails better and faster. It will give you suggestions as you type, such as greetings at the beginning of the message and the most common e-mails, To suggest complete sentences as soon as you type several words from that sentence, which speeds up the process of writing an e-mail message in Gmail and increases the productivity of users.

You can use the Smart Compose feature after you enable experimental features in the Gmail settings, which you can access through the Settings option.

To enable or disable Smart Compose:

Step 1: Activate the experimental features by going to your Gmail settings. Under the "General" tab, scroll down until you find the "Experimental Access" option. Enable this option and continue scrolling down and click Save changes. "He said.

Step 2: Activate the Smart Creation feature After you have completed the activation of the experimental features, enter the Gmail settings to find the "Smart Compos" option. The "Smart Composing" option appears on the "General" tab. Here, activate "writing suggestions" to take advantage of the feature. You can turn it off by selecting Stop writing suggestions.

Note: Google said on the support page for this feature: "The Smart Compose feature is currently working with English only. The Smart Build feature is not designed to provide answers and may not always predict realistically correct information but speeds up the process of writing a message E-mail to save you more time and increase productivity. "

Google also published a disclaimer on "unintended bias" that may arise from automated learning predictions when sentences are completed. The company has made great efforts to address this problem in the autocomplete feature of the Google search engine
